We will act as your official “key holder”, be the primary contact for the alarm company and arrange for your property to be cleaned and maintained.  We charge a monthly administrative service fee which will include a weekly visual inspection of the interior/exterior and provide a monthly written assessment including estimates of any maintenance, repairs, extra cleaning, or improvements recommended. If an emergency repair is needed we will evaluate the situation and immediately contact you by (email, phone or fax) for your approval. We offer on a per hour basis or on a percent mark up basis services such as maid and maintenance service.  We work with specialists in many areas including pool companies, electricians, AC companies, carpenters, computer services, interior designers, home furnishing, architects and engineers.
