On the main floor is the living room, dining room, adjoining kitchen, a laundry room and a bedroom. There is also access to the second double garage where you can enter the 3 one bedroom suites on the lower level. The villa is wired for sound, includes wireless internet, has a security camera system, a retractable 100 inch screen in the ceiling and a projector. The system features surround sound also. The villa has R-20 insulated ceilings complete with roof and soffit venting. (Garages included) Built in central vacuum system throughout the complete villa including garages. A wine cooler is mounted below the entertainment center and communications panel. The main living areas and master bedroom are air conditioned by two -five ton central air conditioners. The villa includes a sewage treatmentplant designed for residential and is approved by the Costa Rica Health Department. The landscaped grounds areirrigated making this villa maintenance fee. Jacuzzi bath, his and hers sinks in the master bedroom , shower, undercabinets are automatic lighting when you enter the room, and make up counter. The views from the bath room arebreath taking. The 3 suites, wine cellar, laundry room and a storage room can be accessed through the hallway onthe ground level. The suites include a full kitchen with appliances and are fully furnished. The range and microwavesare vented. The waterfall comes from the pool on the main level and can be set on a timer. Both pools areelectrically grounded complete with ground fault breakers. The wine cellar is under construction but when finished will have thecapacity to hold over 2200 bottles of wine. I do not believe there is one detail that has beenleft out in the construction of this home. The villa's exterior is an acrylic stucco and Columbia tiles have been usedon all the roofing. The closest beach is Playa Panama. The beach is great for swimming and a perfect place to moor aboat. Protected with shallow waters.  


Many Playa Panama residents are now making plans to take water shuttles from this beach to the new Four Seasons
Marina where they will have their boats moored. Shopping, medical facilities and restaurants are only a 15 minute
drive away from this villa.  

 

A Bed & Breakfast would be another possibility or a medical
tourism retreat  since both the new CIMA  and Clinic Biblica
Hospitals are less then 15 minutes from this villa.
